Do I need experience?
No. The program runs start to finish for someone who has never bought a tax property, and it's still worth the day for someone who has bought fifty.
Is this only useful in Alabama?
The legal and buying sessions are Alabama-specific. That's what makes them usable instead of general. Funding, rehab, management and owner financing work anywhere.
Can I come just for Sunday?
Yes. The Sunday Tax Property Tour Only ticket is $99 and includes the bus tour, lunch on the bus and the closing send-off.
What if I can't travel?
Get the Virtual Summit Pass for $129. You watch the full Saturday classroom live, ask questions, and get the replays and digital workbook.
Can I get a refund?
All ticket sales are final. Your ticket is transferable at no charge through November 5, or you can move to the Virtual Pass. Full policy.
